  • Assessment of your current fitness level and movement patterns
  • Postural assessment
  • Discuss wellness goals, preferences, and any specific concerns
  • Pilates exercises at a pace that works for you. This will not be a strenuous workout.

 

Based on this session, personalised programs will be created to set you up for success.

 

It's also your chance to connect with me, ask questions, and see if it feels right for you!

Q: Can I do pilates if I’m not flexible?

A: Yes. Yes you absolutely can. It’s a myth that you have to be flexible to do pilates!

Q: Is pilates too easy if I lift heavy at the gym?

A: Oh...you’d be surprised.

Q: Do I absolutely need grippy socks?

A: It’s highly recommended for your safety and peace of mind, but if you forget them once, it’s not the end of the world. I can help you out with some grippy wraps for support.
